Never disappoints...the Dusty Boot has been our go to restaurant every time we're in Beaver Creek. The mushroom burger was delicious. We've also been lucky to have John as our waiter each of the times we've visited over the past few years. He is an excellent waiter. We will be back again this week.
Short Rib Bowl review by Sara
It's kind of hard to make a protein bowl impressive, but the The Dusty Boot made it happen. The combination of all the flavors made the meal delicious and hearty... Just what is needed for active travelers! The short rib meat was tender & flavorful. I will be back in a couple weeks, and I hope this time I'm hungrier so I can try an appetizer.

Wonderful atmosphere and Great staff at the boot! Close to the ice rink and a great place to grab a drink and bit to eat while they Zamboni the ice!
